The Stranger by Kate Riordan Book Blog Tour

Hi Everyone!! I would love to tell you about this recent book that I have enjoyed. 

For decades, Penhallow Hall have stood Frozen in Time, protecting the secrets of his isolated inhabitants. But the Far Corners of England or no shelter from the war, and penhallow must finally open its doors to strangers. 3 newcomers arrive, each looking to escape their past and start afresh. They adjust easily to the routine nightly blackouts, the threat of an invasion, but tensions Mount and  secrets are forced into the open for one of them is not there by choice. And then, in the hushed hours of deep is night, a young woman is taken by the sea was it simply a tragic accident? Or should the inhabitants of penhallow have been more careful about whom they invited in?

I was very moved by this novel. The rich language and descriptive writing really took a hold of me and kept me up reading. I love,reading about other places, especially England.
